Are you a stellar Graphic Designer looking to work with the largest name in professional networking at their new office in SF?

Our client is looking for a Designer to join their Marketing team in building innovative and creative marketing materials and campaigns to promote their media & advertising solutions. You will use your passion for creating world-class creative experiences to shape the direction of an incredibly fast growing company. You will collaborate with marketing managers to define the creative concepts and execution for proprietary and industry events, advertising campaigns and external communications, among other projects. You will use your gift for inspiring teams of design and development professionals to engage and delight an audience of marketers and advertising agencies worldwide.

● Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centered design process
● Consistently design compelling and on-strategy in brand advertising and digital messages with minimal oversight based on objectives and brand considerations
● Generating and executing create concepts from design to finished product. Ensure adherence to marketing strategies and objectives, meeting deadlines on projects
● Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand and user requirements
● Work with marketers, web developers and engineers to deliver final products

Basic Qualifications:

● BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
● 3+ years of experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)
● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational / communication skills
● Must be able to work on a Mac-based computer and Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat
● Excellent at working with various graphic formats for print and web, knowledge of optimal format to use based on the particular application
● Familiarity with production requirements and working with outside vendors, i.e. printers, exhibit vendors, other agencies

Bonus points for agency experience, UX experience,

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience working with cross-functional teams (including user research, product management and engineering)
● Solid understanding of user-centered and web design principles as well as current web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
● Ability to present cohesive design approaches to a non-design audience (including business, product and technology teams)
● Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
● Ability to grasp multiple product requirements with careful attention to detail
