Mid level - Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer you'll get to work closely with researchers to help create amazing experiences with some of the top brands in the world. For this role, you need to have a passion for user experience design, you need to have an eye for what makes a visually high-end experience to be willing to push the envelope with innovation and new ideas. You will also need to have the confidence in your own skills to not only produce the work, but provide reasons for your decisions. Our client will provide a unique opportunity to build experience across multiple projects with some of the top brands in the world, and you will be able to make an impact alongside this experienced UX team.

For your first project, you'll be working a responsive site.  Ideally, you are experienced in taking advanced complex concepts and simplifying them such that it's understandable to a "non-technical user."  We want you to streamline the UIs such that the new designs reduce the time on the responsive site. The end users must be able to make the correct decisions quickly and confidently.  


  • Strongly prefers Material Design experience

  • Finance/Fintech and financial planning analysis experience is a nice to have 

  • Working alongside researchers to design high-end experiences for multiple mediums, including mobile and responsive web.

  • Be able to create wireframes, screen flows, low fidelity prototypes, user feedback ,storyboarding, personas 

  • Participates in internal reviews to provide thoughtful and constructive feedback.

Education/Skill/Ability Qualifications

  • Education - Bachelors in a related field.

  • 4+ years of related design experience.

  • Portfolio that demonstrates superior design skill and ability.

  • Strong working knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro.

  • Demonstrate understanding of user-centered design, web app design principals and the value of user feedback/user testing.

  • Ability to manage your time and adhere to deadlines.

  • Be willing change directions quickly as necessary.
