Mid-Sr. Operations Associate

The Operations Associate, BMAC will be a freelance role within Brand Marketing and Advertising/Global Communications that incorporates support for project management, workflow improvement, media and creative production knowledge, and technology. They will report to the Associate Manger, Creative Operations to assist on multiple projects and initiatives scaling the BMAC organization. For this role to be successful, this person must have skills to solve complex problems, start new projects independently and support the implementation of new technologies to drive efficiencies. Projects will require the individual to help train employees on new systems; obtain necessary approvals and communicate plans to relevant stakeholders and management. The role will be a support focused, with the goal of providing excellent service and support for our BMAC teams.

Responsibilities for this Position Include:

 Supporting our workflow/project management tool (Workfront)

 Hands-on support and maintenance of our media buying/production billing tool (MediaOcean)

 Assist with the legal/vendor governance process and ensure compliance with corporate policies

 Work collaboratively and proactively with various internal teams at all levels to identify areas for process improvement

 Support the associate manager in ensuring that all internal systems and tools and are running efficiently and effectively

 Assist the Operations Billing Coordinator to ensure timely processing of invoices

Basic Qualifications:

 1 -3 years of relevant experience working at a creative, media, or in-house agency / production studio

 Detailed knowledge of workflow within a print/digital creative department. Strong knowledge of Workfront or equivalent project management system.

 Knowledge of billing processes.

 Experience implementing and supporting MRM, PPM and DAM tools

 Experience supporting digital platforms such as DoubleClick CPM, MediaOcean/Prisma, Workfront, AssesServ and Xinet

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

 Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with key stakeholders

 Good conflict resolution and change management skills, including the ability to negotiate and influence others

 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with large teams

 Ability to manage confidential information appropriately and professionally

 Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills

 Working knowledge of MS Office.
