Mid-Senior UX Designer / Interaction Designer

Our Client, a leading Product Company, are on the look-out for MW-Senior Interaction Designer to join their Sports Design & UX team on a full-time basis.

Tasked to come up with innovative ideas you will be creating products and services to allow athletes and sport fanatics to reach their health and fitness goals.

Working existing projects included some fantastic and really forward thinking digital products such as sports watches and cameras, the chosen candidate must deliver outstanding design whilst really thinking about the functionality of the product's use.

Working in a systematic approach to create very detailed specifications is key to this role, as well as creating working prototypes to communicate ideas/ functionality to the team including software engineers.


Working in a team environment bouncing ideas around, you will be working closely with fellow Visual & Industrial Designers, Product Owners & Managers, Creative Art Directors and Engineers.


The ideal candidate must demonstrate creative problem solving skills with excellent management and prioritisation skills, as you will be juggling multiples projects at one time, as well managing / mentoring junior designers.

Familiar with best design practices, you must have experience or understanding of touch interfaces and designing for multiple screen resolutions, including creating working prototypes.

*There may be the occasional European travel, during the week for meetings.

Prior experience working with wearable tech products, iOS/Android Apps would be advantageous but is not a requirement for this role, as bags of innovations and design skills is key!
