Junior & Mid Integrated Designers - Global Brand - London HQ - (Fantastic Offices)
Our Client with the entertainment industry are on the search for a Junior/Middleweight designer to join their Central Marketing Team Central Marketing Team on a permanent contract. This global brand work with successful creators, producers and distributors of exceptional entertainment brands.

The is fantastic opportunity sits with their Creative functionality team, who works alongside their marketing division. The design team are responsible for branding, print, digital and video projects for internal clients across the globe.

The ideal candidate will be involved in a variety of the design team projects and will have an exceptional portfolio showcasing a high-end finish. Our client are highly attracted to design professionals who are resilient, self motivated, adaptable with the capability of working within within a team of other exceptional creatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing and producing design projects from brief including printed materials; ads; display graphics; branding; digital; pitches; product, packaging and PoS concepts
Developing creative for new campaigns and brands.
Create licensing and sponsorship style guides and brand assets
Working with Illustrations and artworking.
To assist the Senior Design Manager and VP of Creative with general design requirements, artworking, and ad hoc requests
Managing production of printed materials
Maintain existing templates/ style guides/ systems, ensure that they are accessible to wider team and in user friendly formats and locations for access

Essential Skills & Experience:
Experience of having undertaken a similar role working with entertainment brands
Experience of working within a commercial design environment
Knowledge of branding from a creative standpoint
Knowledge of print production processes and artworking for print
Knowledge of design and production for digital media
Creative judgement, passion for design excellence and attention to detail
Ability to manage own workload and work within set time parameters
Lateral thinking and the ability to work collaboratively
Experience of liaising with clients, excellent communicator and relationship builder
Ability to be flexible in creative approach when role requires and to use own initiative
