Mid-Level Social Media Manager

Our client, a designer and manufacturer of home goods, is seeking a creative and savvy go-getter to manage all of their Social Media channels. The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of all of our client’s social media activities. The right person for this role will understand that the audience doesn’t just participates in social – they make decisions based on it. Responsibilities :
• Build out company’s presence on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest; uncover and nurture other relevant social sites.
• Implement best practices for social listening, uploading, tagging, reporting, and optimization of campaigns.
• Act as an extension of the company’s brand by providing concierge-style, targeted customer support; make the community feel listened to and appreciated; create connections to help them get their problems solved—fast.
• Gather feedback from their online community and direct it to relevant teams.

Qualifications:
• 4+ years of social media, blogging, marketing or other relevant experience.
• BA in Communications or equivalent.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
• Worked with high-end luxury brands.
• Self-driven. No one will be telling you how to structure your time, which co-working spaces to hang at, or when to post on Facebook. It’s all up to you and your all-star organization skills.
• Excellent and versatile communication skills. You will not have a problem crafting anything from a 140-character tweet to a 1,400-word blog post.
