Aquent's Fortune 100 client is currently seeking a Mid-Level Marketing Coordinator to join the merchandising team. Under the direction of the Merchandising Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator provides support in the implementation of marketing strategies and activities for a dedicated merchandising department, maximizing the effectiveness of the Marketing Department
Work closely with merchants and other marketing groups to assist them in executing marketing campaigns with some strategy
Coordinates with cross functional teams in Media, Advertising, CRM, Online, Regional Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Social/PR, Operations, etc. to ensure the successful execution of marketing plans.
Acts as primary point of contact for ad coordinators and agency partners.
Responsible for functional execution of integrated marketing programs (i.e. Major Events, Merchandising Events, incremental initiatives, online integration, etc.)
For the Monthly Integrated Pitch Process, provides necessary inputs to Marketing Manager including: consumer insights, competitive data, and sales analysis.
Maintains annual marketing and departmental advertising calendar and supporting materials.
Proofing of scripts and advertising materials
Event, promotion management and maintenance
Enter and maintain all promos
Message tracking and production schedule maintenance
Assist in managing project timelines/deadlines and production schedules
