Mid-Level Hybrid Designer (Print & Interactive)

Our client is looking for a highly creative, detail oriented graphic designer to join the creative team in Boston, MA. The graphic designer will be responsible for the concept and execution of design across a variety of media that directly supports global marketing and individual project requests from our numerous field offices. You will be an integral part of our creative team, helping us elevate our marketing and branding to the next level. This role will be responsible for creating designs from concept to completion in a wide range of graphic applications including our websites, printed and electronic collateral materials, mailers, interactive banners, emails, as well as tradeshow materials. We need a multi-tasker that is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a sharp eye for design and attention to detail.

Within the first 30 days, you will take over existing projects, with guidance from the Creative Director, and get comfortable with the brand expectations and processes.

Within the first 60 days, you will be presenting concepts and designs to internal clients, and be able to justify your vision and explain how your concepts support the strategic business objectives.

Within the first 90 days, you will translate creative briefs into complete creative execution strategies that address core business needs, through concepts and designs.


As a designer for our client, you will …

  • Work closely with the Creative Director to define and maintain consistent style across all of our projects and family of brands
  • Assess a project and come up with the best design approach
  • Develop new creative concepts/ideas for marketing programs and field projects
  • Design landing pages & other web properties to support ongoing marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate, design, and produce marketing/creative materials including tradeshow graphics/signage, giveaways (swag), ads, brochures, and communications including emails, direct mail, newsletters, and invitations
  • Provide presentation design support to key Our client executives
  • Manage all brand assets, images and icons; develop and or secure new ones as required
  • Keep up to date on creative and software trends
  • Complete a high volume of work quickly, while maintaining quality
  • Organize work priorities and communicate changes. Effectively set project timeline expectations and manage deadlines on team and individual projects
