The Role
Currently looking for a mid-weight Front End Developer with expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript (JQuery) & Flash/AS3 to join a growing digital team. You will be required to build simple, beautiful and consistent user experiences across a range of digital platforms specifically with a focus on responsive sites for mobile and tablet devices. You will be required to identify and define site functionality with reviewing wireframes or mock-ups with peers.

The Skills
- 2-3 years commercial front end development experience as a minimum
- Advanced skills in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript (JQuery), canvas & svg
- Proficiency with the Adobe creative suite including AS2/AS3
- Experience integrating front end code with back end applications such as Java, .Net & PHP
- App development (Facebook & Mobile Xcode)
- UI/UX design aesthetics & best practice understanding
- Knowledge of industry best practices & accessibility standards (WCAG 2 AA & W3C)
- Understanding of Git would be advantageous
- The ability to analyze and improve application performance
- Contribute ideas for new features and identify new areas for development
- Serve as a mentor for junior designers and developers
