Our client is seeking an experienced, analytical, savvy Mid-level Demand Generation Manager to support the Marketing Department with leadership in advertising, lead generation, and agency management. The job requires an organized self-starter who has the ability to manage budgets against goals, identify lead generation opportunities, initiate collaboration across departments, and articulate campaign results. The focus is to evolve advertising & lead generation planning and execution as the university grows.

MUST HAVE: CRM Experience - this is technical as much as it is marketing

Accountability is key in this position as well as the ability to be the driver for a variety of demand generation marketing strategies.
You must have a passion for figuring out what's next, what's possible, and what delivers return on investment in online higher education.
This position reports to the Associate Director of Marketing for functional responsibilities and the VP of Engagement for execution of the advertising budget and contract approvals.

Qualification & Education Requirements:

 Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising and/or lead generation marketing.

 Minimum 2 years of prior supervisory/people management experience.

 Undergraduate degree with Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related areas of study.

 Previous agency or client side experience preferred.

 Lead generation and higher education industry experience is a big plus.

 High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.

 Experience with enterprise accounting and CRM systems.

 Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.

 Strong organization, project management, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to learn quickly and multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications, as well as proven time management skills.

 Self-motivated and proactive.

 Able to think and plan strategically.

 Articulate, negotiate, and champion lead generation strategies to facilitate student interest in the university.

 Manage demand generation strategy across multiple digital channels including traditional advertising (radio, TV, etc.), digital marketing (display, video, email, etc.), and lead vendor management.

 Work under the direction of the Associate Director of Marketing to manage lead generation spend with respect to marketing goals and budget.

 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and evolve an advertising campaign and guide production of advertising creative used in traditional and digital media placement.

 Provide logistical support for advertising initiatives in areas of project management, asset management, creative critique, creative trafficking, invoice processing, and archiving.

 Assist in the research, planning, and implementation of lead generation campaigns, engaging outreach team and external agencies when necessary.

 Proactively identify and understand current market and online industry trends and adjust strategic focus as necessary.
