Main areas of responsibility
1.Manage daily mobile calendar
2.Manage text and push notification communication plan
3.Manage/Coord. assessment of new text marketing vendor
4.Support QR code based communication
5.Support next mobile app upgrade for iPhone, iPad and Android
Support P&L responsibilities of Mobile Commerce to drive more than $15 MM in revenues in 2011 (up $3MM or 25% YOY).
Manage client's Mobile Marketing encompassing the Mobile Commerce site, iPhone/iPad applications and Text Marketing.
Lead the development of the 2011 Mobile Strategy & longer term Roadmap. Maximize Mobile as a way to drive cross-channel traffic and customer engagement.
Drive growth of the Mobile database through sign-up enhancements, sweepstakes, sharing strategies, as well as a more efficient capture of mobile phone # across channels.
Maximize mobile to support major marketing initiatives
Develop strategic relationships with key players in the Mobile content ecosystem to proactively explore new business opportunities, assess economics of new wireless business models and prioritize new business plans through ROI & key business metrics.
Foster partnership and collaboration with cross-channel partners including Store Marketing, Internet Creative Services, Web Ops, etc.
Partner with analytics team to monitor performance, usage and engagement across all of our mobile properties (mobile commerce, iphone app, ipad app).
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
• Working knowledge of the Internet and social media
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Ability to develop strong partnerships with internal and external partners
• Ability to navigate an organization and build consensus
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve for tactical issues as well as proven strategic thinking
• Must be highly organized, flexible and have a proven multi-tasking ability
• Ability to accept and initiate change and adjust to a fast paced environment
• MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 4-6 years of Marketing Experience to include mobile and text marketing
• Need proven experience in the mobile space (commerce and apps) as well as text marketing
such as Fashion Show and Best At categories - i.e. bra launches.
• Develop strategic relationships with key players in the Mobile content ecosystem to proactively explore new business opportunities, assess economics of new wireless business models and prioritize new business plans through ROI & key business metrics.
