Merchandising and Operations QC Specialist

The employee will manage all operational processes involved getting products live-to-site. It will also serve as the primary point of contact for all quality control issues and improvements for the Deals program.

Summary of Job Responsibilities:
• Anticipate, identify and solve potential buyer experience issues
• Coordinate distribution of deal submissions in accordance with program needs and calendar
• Operate administrative tool and manage scheduling of Featured Weekly Deals and Shop by Category deals
• Manage communication and follow-up for all QA identified issues
• Handle communications from the Merchant Development team around deal updates and changes
• Assist in real-time optimization activities for Featured Weekly Deals and Shop by Category
• Conduct live deal monitoring and inspection for potential abuse of policy compliance
• Respond to policy breaches through proactive escalations and complete follow-through
• Drive successful seller participation in the Deals program

Successful candidate will be expected to:
• Master current Deals processes and operations, then suggest and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Work with product team to create a world-class suite of tools
• Proactively build cross-functional relationships to facilitate stronger collaboration with new and current partners
• Display leadership by taking on increasingly more responsibility, and conceptualizing and executing on projects of greater scope

Job Requirements:
• BA/BS or equivalent
• 2+ years of business and/or marketing experience preferred
• Excellent planner able to create and execute based upon broad objectives
• Prior e-commerce experience is preferred
