Merchandising Coordinator - Current or Former Runner

Duties:
The nature of the work is focused on consumer insights, assortment planning, Go to Market, and product management activities. Supports Merchandising team by gathering and entering data into systems as needed. Identifies outliers for further research. Runs standard reports for Merchandisers, may create some basic reports. Compiles reports and presentations as directed. Provides general support as needed.

The nature of the work is focused on presenting and merchandising product to consumers. Provide general administrative support to the Merchandising, Planning, and Allocation teams. Perform all merchandise related data entry such as price changes, markdowns, order entry, product set-up, etc. Compile and distribute reports on sales, inventory, and orders as assigned. Track mark-downs and price changes and ensure they are entered into the system in a timely manner. Maintain files and documentation such as product grids and buy/assortment spreadsheets. Coordinate all aspects of purchase order management, including vendor setup, item coding and PO entry, PO revisions, bulk management, etc.



Skills:


SAP Experience is a plus

Microsoft Excel proficiency required

Education:
Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: Bachelors degree + 1 yr or Associates degree + 2 yrs.

1 - 2 Years Work Experience with a Retailer or Global Brand (Retail background if possible)

Merchandising / Buying / Planning Background

Current or Past Runner
