Merchandising Associate - LATAM market experience needed

This key role is to support this top tech company's Games Merchandising team for Mexico (and broader LATAM territories) by programming the store, creating collections/promotions and working with Partnerships, Marketing and Social Media teams. This role will report to the Mexico Merchandising Manager for Games and work closely with the Head of Games Merchandising for the Americas.

Responsibilities:
-Programming the store
-Creating new collections/Promotions
-Using web based tools and programing and aligning items in the page
-Ordering and feature placement
-Providing analysis to measure performance on featured collections
-Merchandising
-Communication to business partners on assets and clarity
-Staging-programing page

Qualifications:
-BA/BS degree required
-1-2+ years of experience (ideally in Games/Mobile)
-Fluent in Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
-Strong communication skills and collaborative working approach.
-Detail-oriented, with good project management and analytical skills.
-Digitally-minded, comfortable using mobile devices and content management systems.
-Flexibility with change
-Works well under tight deadlines
-Strong communication skills; written and oral
-Ability to analyze metrics and report on metrics
-Ability to juggle projects and prioritize accordingly

Nice to have:
-Previous experience in merchandising or content/entertainment a plus.
-Previous experience in Apps/Mobile a plus.
-Familiarity with Mexico games market (other LATAM markets / Brazil a plus)
-Familiarity with Apps/Mobile industry
-Familiarity with content management system
