Merchandise Coordinator 2

The Merchandise Coordinator will support the global merchandising team with primary focus on owning accuracy of the merchandising systems (PDM) and sample management. Assists with day-to-day functions involved with the development life cycle of a global product line from concept to in store delivery.

Key Metrics:
Support a team of merchants and VP of Merchandising with direct report to one merchant

- Responsible for managing all facets of on-going change in PDM and helping to log all proto review and change log notes throughout the product development process
- Conduct administrative work for the merchandising team as needed
- Responsible for tracking , log in, organization of stock room and proper distribution of samples
- Analyze selling and report seasonal hindsight. Review findings with manager

Job Requirements:
- Strong analytical, organizational skills
- Strong detail orientation and thoroughness

- Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment and meet multiple deadlines

- 4 years of education and/or experience in merchandising is preferred
- Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office applications; Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
