Hours; 8.30am-5pm Monday-Thursday with a 4.30pm finish on Fridays. It is important that you are willing to travel for this position.
You will be responsible for providing the latest up to date technical information and training in order to recruit new members and retain current members by offering a consultative and personable relationship.
This role will offer progressive opportunities within our client’s business.
Your main responsibilities as a Membership Manager will involve;
Working closely alongside the business development team to identify, develop and implement strategies to increase membership volumes
Being responsible for delivering the revenue budget from membership and managing the membership team
Identify and develop new revenue streams to enhance membership offering whilst contributing to organisational goals
Manage the relationship with existing members by utilising your initiative alongside managing quarterly member mailings
Key skills required;
Demonstrable experience in a similar role at senior management level
Experience in a business development role with excellent business acumen and commercial expertise
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organisation with the ability to persuade and negotiate when necessary
Excellent report writing and presentation skills alongside high levels of customer service
