My client is one of the biggest Global Social Media Platforms who is looking for a Media Support Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a couple of years experience, to join a great global organisation with a great working environment.

Duties: We are seeking a Media Support Coordinator to join our Media Partnerships team, focused on the News/Publishing vertical. The Media Partnerships team is a rapid growth organisation supporting a major initiative by the Company to connect people with the public figures and media they care about. Our mission is to improve the media content ecosystem on our platform by creating exceptional support experiences for publishers, and delivering actionable product insights. This individual will work directly with media partners, acting as a primary contact, providing support, collecting feedback, and managing communication. This role will also involve executing our scaled outreach campaigns to create and sustain new partnerships. This position is based in our London, UK office.

Responsibilities
* Become an expert in the support experience for public figures and media companies on the platform
* Recommend products and solutions and assist partners with implementation of new products
* Solicit, organise, and contextualise product feedback from partners
* Organise lists of media partners and track support requests
* Help educate and onboard new partners to the platform
* Troubleshoot to quickly resolve partner issues
* Ensure the success of partners on the platform through basic training and consultations
* Develop and catalogue best practices leveraging internal and external learnings across the news ecosystem


Skills: * BA or BS Degree or higher
* Comfortable offering customer support over the phone and live at events
* A couple of years experience in communications or online operations
* Passionate about creating world-class service experiences that delight partners
* Ability and experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative in uncertain, dynamic environments
* Exceptional communication and the ability to serve as a spokesperson for the Company
* Able to prioritise when juggling multiple responsibilities on behalf of multiple partners
* Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working
* Motivated to support public figures and media companies in achieving their objectives on the platform
* Deep understanding of the media landscape and a passion for news and media
* Previous experience working with web or mobile developers is preferred
* Some experience in the news/media industry is strongly preferred
* European language skills a plus.
