Our Client is seeking a Support Coordinator to join our Media Operations team, focused on the News/Publishing vertical. The Media Operations team is a rapid growth organization supporting a major initiative by Our Client to connect people with the public figures and media they care about. Our mission is to improve the media content ecosystem on Our Client by enhancing graph quality, creating exceptional support experiences for publishers, and delivering actionable product insights. This individual will work directly with media partners, acting as a primary contact, providing support, collecting feedback, and managing communication. This role will also involve executing our scaled outreach campaigns to create and sustain new partnerships. This position is based in our London, UK office.



**Responsibilities**



* Become an expert in the support experience for public figures and media companies on Our Client

* Recommend products and solutions and assist partners with implementation of new products

* Solicit, organize, and contextualize product feedback from partners

* Organize lists of media partners and track support requests

* Help educate and onboard new partners to Our Client

* Troubleshoot to quickly resolve partner issues

* Ensure the success of partners on Our Client and through basic training and consultations

* Develop and catalogue best practices leveraging internal and external learnings across the entertainment ecosystem


Skills:

* BA or BS Degree or higher

* Comfortable offering customer support over the phone and live at events

* 1+ years of experience in online operations, communications or customer service

* Passionate about creating world-class service experiences that delight partners

* Ability and experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative in uncertain, dynamic environments

* Exceptional communication and the ability to serve as a spokesperson for Our Client

* Able to prioritise when juggling multiple responsibilities on behalf of multiple partners

* Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working

* Motivated to support public figures and media companies in achieving their objectives on Our Client

* Deep understanding of the news industry landscape and a passion for journalism

* Previous experience working with web or mobile developers is preferred

* some experience in the news/media industry is strongly preferred

* Basic understanding of HTML and RSS is preferred

* European language skills a plus. (German and Italian as a preference)
