Media Support Coordinator (12 months)

Our client, a leading global social media platform, is looking for two Media Support Coordinators to join their London office for a period of 12 months.

You will join the Media Operations team, focusing on the News/Publishing vertical. You will work directly with media partners, acting as a primary contact, providing support, collecting feedback, and managing communication. This role will also involve executing our scaled outreach campaigns to create and sustain new partnerships.

Responsibilities
• Become an expert in the support experience for public figures and media companies on
• Recommend products and solutions and assist partners with implementation of new products
• Solicit, organize, and contextualize product feedback from partners
• Organize lists of media partners and track support requests
• Help educate and onboard new partners
• Troubleshoot to quickly resolve partner issues
• Ensure the success of partners through basic training and consultations
• Develop and catalogue best practices leveraging internal and external learnings across the news ecosystem
Skills:
• BA or BS Degree or higher
• Comfortable offering customer support over the phone and live at events
• 1+ years of experience in online operations, communications or customer service
• Passionate about creating world-class service experiences that delight partners
• Ability and experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative in uncertain, dynamic environments
• Exceptional communication and the ability to serve as a spokesperson for the platform
• Able to prioritize when juggling multiple responsibilities on behalf of multiple partners
