This TOP social media company (head-quartered in Menlo Park, Ca) is seeking a Media Support Coordinator to join their Media Operations team, focused on our Video product
The Media Operations team is a rapid growth organization supporting a major to connect people with the public figures and media they care about. Our mission is to improve the media content ecosystem on these social media platforms by enhancing graph quality, creating exceptional support experiences for publishers, and delivering actionable product insights. This individual will work directly with media partners, acting as a primary contact, providing support, collecting feedback, and managing communication. This role will also involve executing our scaled outreach campaigns to create and sustain new partnerships.

**Responsibilities**
* Become an expert in the support experience for public figures and media companies
* Develop and share deep expertise on video products
* Serve as the primary Video point of contact for public figures and media companies
* Discover, respond to, and support public figures on the site, troubleshooting quickly to resolve partner issues
* Listen to partners and partner managers with the ability to modify services and support to generate exceptional experiences
* Make informed recommendations that address public figures we experience, work flow inefficiencies, and product deficiencies
Skills:
**Requirements**
* BA or BS Degree or higher
* 2+ years experience in customer service or account management, working in the online video space strongly preferred
* In-industry business knowledge of public figures, online publishing and/or media companies preferred
* Ability and experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative in uncertain, dynamic environments
* Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
* Strong communications skills and the ability to work effectively and cross-functionally, both internally and externally
* Deep understanding of, and passion for, social media and video products
* Extremely reliable, consistent, nimble, and hard-working
Education:
Undergraduate Degree
