Media Lead/Media Program Manager for Sponsorships & Media Programs (SMP) Team:

You are responsible for developing and rolling out scalable media program solutions.
You drive in-region commercialization of media programs centered around highly rated content or desirable audiences, including all collateral, support, lead lists and training materials required to ensure sales activation.
You partner with the SMP insights team to ensure all media programs are infused with deep audience/consumer insights based on unique vantage point on digital behavior and decision journeys.
You are the main point of contact during the execution of these programs, partnering with the sales & content teams to ensure a seamless execution.
Additionally, you partner with and support the sponsorship team, with media insights & recommendations for their sponsorship programs.

Minimum Qualifications:
BA or BS degree
5+ years experience in media/advertising at traditional or online media company or agency
Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of online video / TV ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications:
Deep understanding of YouTube and Display
Proven experience / track record creating and selling online content packages/sponsorships.
Experience working with online video creators / MCNs (multi-channel networks) is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Develop multiple media programs across the entertainment content vertical
Lead the sales activation and execution of media programs
Support the sponsorship team with media insights & recommendations
Identify areas of opportunity to build new scalable media solutions
