Media Sales Operations Coordinator

Aquent's large association client is seeking a long-term contract Sales Operations Coordinator to support its Media Sales Operations Department. The coordinator will play a key supporting role to the department and be expected to work proactively with various managers. The Sales Operations Coordinator also will be responsible for:

Insertion orders and position tracking; organizing and filing advertising contracts; trafficking ads for small space sections; compiling materials for industry reporting and testing data outputs from various systems; pre-press dummy books for publications; process documentations; and maintaining edit wall for content review of each issue
Attending meetings and collaborating on projects as they pertain to the department, such as billing system support, process enhancements and compiling revenue detail from multiple sources
Completing additional projects may be assigned
The Sales Operations Coordinator Requirements:

Strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously and prioritize in a deadline driven environment
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential
Excellent written and oral skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities
The coordinator will be expected to take initiative to learn new processes and systems. Will also effectively move forward on tasks even with ambiguous or changing requirements and successfully collaborate with different stakeholders to complete assigned tasks
Excellent social skills, take direction and work independently; must also possess excellent Excel, writing and proofreading skills
Experience in advertising billing systems and previous work with Admarc or MSG, BI and Safari, Salesforce and Jira a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, billing systems and media sales, advertising traffic print publications and sales forecasting


Sales Operations Coordinator to support the Media Sales Operations Department 40 hours/week. This candidate will be responsible for insertion order and position tracking, organizing and filing advertising contracts, trafficking ads for small space sections, compiling materials for industry reporting and testing data outputs from various systems. The Sales Ops Coordinator will attend meetings and collaborate on projects as they pertain to the Department, such as billing system support, process enhancements, and other business operations functions. This role is responsible for testing reports, reviewing data outputs and compiling revenue detail from multiple sources. This role will support billing, advertising services, and revenue reporting administration on various projects. Additional projects may be assigned.
