Media Operations Support Specialist

The Media Operations team develops solutions for public figures and media publishers by improving the media content ecosystem by enhancing graph quality, creating exceptional support experiences for publishers, and delivering actionable product insights. This individual will work with fundraiser creators, providing support, collecting feedback, and managing communication.

Job Description

  • Serve as an expert in the support experience for partners to The Client 
  • Develop and share deep expertise on The Client's products and policies
  • Support and respond to partners, troubleshooting quickly, to resolve any issues 
  • Identify trends and areas of opportunity based on support, and relay information to Partnerships / Media Operations colleagues
  • Use excellent communication skills to educate creators on our products, and provide feedback and recommendations when necessary

Skills:

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or higher 
  • 1+ years of experience in online operations, account management, or customer service
  • 1+ years experience with Excel and experience with project management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and across multiple time zones and functions
  • Standout executor with attention to detail, strong organization skills, and ability to drive results

Education:

  • BA/BS degree or higher
