Our Client-global technology company and platforms owner is recruiting a media specialist for 11 month assignment.
Pay: £19 ph PAYE plus bonus and paid holidays plus free restaurants and gym facilities on-site

(Digital) Media Operations Executive - EMEA
As a Marketing executive, you will be shaping the future of our Client's marketing campaigns, performing a role within the EMEA Media Team, responsible for media operations within the Marketing Organisation. You will drive innovative approaches to running media, develop processes and support a wide range of marketing teams across EMEA.


Minimum qualifications
- BA or BSc Degree (in lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience)
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills with excellent attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:
- 3+ years work experience in digital advertising, marketing, media or a related field.
- Experience with digital marketing tools - marketing optimisation programs, website analytics, and campaign reporting programs
- Track record of sound judgment in complicated or fast-moving working environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Core Responsibilities
Coordinate media requests for EMEA
Manage the media request process related to new marketing campaigns
Manage the access to both internal and external agency resources in support of marketing campaigns
Manage media agency operations
Coordinate quarterly payments to and from digital and offline media agencies, allocating fees across product teams
Coordinate regular feedback cycles from Marketing teams on agency performance
Manage allocation and approval of media placements by EMEA market
Support technical operations related to booking and trafficking masthead placements
Promote digital creative excellence agenda, showcasing the company use of the placement
Digital Marketing Operations Support
Digital media survey tools - setup of in-house survey tools
Digital ad operations support - account creation, pixel creation, reporting support for different company platforms and other ad ops support requests in support of global Ad Ops team

You will provide on-site support to the EMEA Media Team, and implement processes and projects led by the global media operations team. You will support the activation of marketing campaigns for the company largest internal business units and marketing teams, with a particular focus on digital marketing & media.
