Media Operations Coordinator - Digital Advertising

My client is a Global Technology Company that are looking for a Media Operations Coordinator for their Digital Advertising department. This is a 6 month role, paying up to £48 000/annum PAYE pro rata.

At its core, marketing starts with the user and ends with technology, bringing both together in unconventional ways. This is a team of digital, offline & performance media experts who sit within the Marketing organisation. The team provides support to any team intending to run a media campaign. 

Our job on the Media team is to ensure that we are able to execute flawlessly on our media ambitions - all while ensuring our day-to-day activities continue to run smoothly and that we are able to track all of our media activities and manage our media agency in a fast paced always on environment. 

You will need to think creatively to solve problems that inevitably come up and be able to thrive in ambiguity while also maintaining a good understanding of how our day to day activity may impact the company at a larger level. 

The role: 
You are an Operations marvel - the high-grade oil in the media machine that makes things run right and right on-time. You will primarily steward our relationships with our Internal Agencies to ensure work and reporting is delivered on time, at scale and, of course, compliant with all policies. 

Media Agency Coordination
- Engage our media agencies to ensure their day-to-day work is flawless and lead monthly/quarterly project management to ensure all agency deliverables are reported correctly and on time 
- Manage media PO and Media Authorisation 
- Form approval process to ensure compliance with media plan targets 
- Manage Media Agency business reviews 

Media Operations Coordination 
- Project manager for monthly/quarterly MMG-level campaign reporting 
- Lead global quarterly campaign scoping and leaderboard reporting 
- Manage bi-annual TVC tracking and permissions 

- 3-4 within a marketing discipline - media agency or client-side 
- Experience in media, marketing, and advertising technology 
- Understanding of conventional media planning and execution tactics that occur in an agency + client environment
- Experience with comms strategy, media planning and execution tactics, beyond jour own stack 
- Detail oriented, operationally minded, self starter 
- Highly efficient - ability to get things done, quickly 
- Strong people skills and high level of written and verbal communication skills. 
- Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills. 
- Ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams and ability to organise and prioritise competing needs and objectives 
- Ability to deliver work output with accuracy and timeliness with limited guidance from manager
