Media Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a strategic and deeply analytical marketer. You will be responsible for shaping and driving programs for this top tech company to primarily drive direct response, but also to lift brand awareness/consideration. You’ll be expected to bring a strategic vision while still being able to execute and tackle the tactical challenges to get things done - from campaign set up, optimization and testing to advanced analytics and insight generation. We want someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty to get the job done. You will work closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to create media plans to drive great content discoverability and conversion, ultimately resulting in a delightful user experience. Additionally you will work closely with a central Media Lab to help drive innovation in every media program executed.

Responsibilities
● Work with PMMs to define house ads goals and KPIs; help drive success in meeting their goals.
● Develop waterfall forecasts and media plans
● Run performance reports, and structure them in a format that aligns with the business needs.
● Work with internal teams to get ads trafficked
● Drive data-driven analysis and insights to optimize/improve campaign effectiveness and value to the business.
● Develop and execute testing plans to improve conversions and customer experience (ad creative, ad placement, landing page experience, conversion forms).
● Understand the rules and regulations around Google’s house ads, and audit campaigns to ensure they meet all house ads guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
● Bachelors degree required
● 5+ years of biddable and direct response media experience managing complex, large-scale campaigns
● 4-6+ years of experience with Adwords
● 4-6 years of experience as a search content marketing manager and or specialist
● Demonstrable proficiency and technical skills in Doubleclick, Google Analytics, and a strong POV on how to best leverage house ads platforms to achieve campaign goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Proven track record of using biddable media to acquire, engage, and nurture users throughout the funnel.
● Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to use data to drive actionable insights.
● Superb program management skills with extreme attention to detail.
