Media Manager (Part Time 15-20 hrs Per Week

Act as paid media lead for all accounts and new business opportunities, educating clients and staff on digital channels and platforms, providing strategic counsel and delivering actionable recommendations to clients
Collaborate with integrated team to research, plan and implement digital media strategies across channels such as paid social, display/RTB, paid search, video, mobile, and other sponsored online opportunities
Drive content amplification and channel optimization

Serve as thought leader to define scope and recommend approach for major digital projects for clients inclusive with account team; deliver campaigns that meet client objectives, on time and within budget
Track, optimize, report and present campaign results and insights gleaned to clients and internal teams
Coordinate ROI reporting and insights with Marketing Insights/Research & Analytics team
Partner with account teams to identify paid media opportunities within existing clients and programs; develop compelling proposals; and upsell/cross-sell recommendations/solutions
Monitor digital and media trends, stay abreast of emerging media and technologies, and apply to client work and new business opportunities where appropriate
Drive research and relationships with digital and social partnerships
Identify, evaluate and manage third party media vendor relationships on an ongoing basis to provide potential solutions to client challenges
Manage, develop and mentor media team
Guide senior clients in channel and distribution strategy for their messaging across all platforms and touch point
Own relationships with key platform and publishing partners
Partner with Strategy, Tech, Social, and Creative discipline leads for the creation and development of media innovations
