Media Director

Responsibilities:
-Aid in media strategy; oversee traditional and digital plans managing from soup to nuts: vendor relationships, optimizations, reconciliation and client data & oversights deliverables
- Understand the emerging digital media landscape, including the role, strengths and weaknesses of different digital platforms
-Collaborate with internal/external partners to ensure that media plans are on strategy, and fulfill objectives including ROI
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, partner agencies, and publishers
- Ensure all programs are set up for proper delivery, measurement, and optimization
- Proactively identify/resolve campaign execution issues to ensure quality assurance of all ad placements in-market
- Develop reporting and analysis which includes actionable insights, optimizations, and recommendations.

Desired Skills & Experience:
- 10-15 years traditional media experience, Agency experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of KPIs for online/digital media
- Experience with SEM a bonus
- Strong relationship management/interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and project manage in a deadline driven atmosphere
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Self-Starter, highly motivated, enthusiastic
- Bachelors Degree Required

Must be willing to travel 10% to LA to meet with the agency of record.
