Vitamin T has a new client that is now hiring for a temporary Media Developer in the Indianapolis, IN area.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain the templates and layouts of eLearning/Learning Management Systems (LMS)/Essential Job Training products.

Essential Functions:
- Partner with the Instructional Design, LMS, Systems, and 508 teams to elicit and define the requirements for eLearning products.
- Design and develop eLearning products for delivery of training content through LMS.
- Analyze feedback and develop solutions related to the eLearning..
- Design and create multimedia templates for eLearning using varying output mediums (e.g., HTML/CSS, Captivate, MS Word).
- Develop and implement strategies related to SCORM and Section 508 standards.
- Re-Template or Re-Brand existing products.
- Create and modify complex graphics utilized in training products.
- Knowledge of and skill in graphic, web, and multimedia design.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, HTML5, XML, Flash development, and/or JavaScript development.
- Knowledge of visual design tools including but not limited to Adobe products.
- Effectively work both independently and with other TQC departments.
- Other duties as assigned.

Non-Essential Functions:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
