Media Coordinator/Admin. Asst.

This position is responsible for assisting the Media Platform & Operations Team in the organization of partner communications and relationship management with external and internal teams.
This role will own the calendar for external partner meetings, maintain effective working relationships with external counterparts and support the Media Platform & Operations Team managers with project management support to ensure timely and flawless execution of assigned projects.

Responsibilities
· Works with external counterparts to schedule and ensure flawless execution of onsite and offsite partner meetings

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with external counterparts at varying levels of the organization

· Assists in the development and ongoing execution of status reporting and other internal communication initiatives

· Works closely with internal teams to facilitate reviews and approvals on assigned projects

· Tracks and communicates key meeting or deliverable deadlines for the Media Platform & Operations Team

· Attends weekly cross-functional planning meetings and shares key project updates

· Performs general administrative tasks as necessary

Requirements
· Two to three years relevant experience - marketing, communications, project management and/or partner management

· Strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple projects with a high attention to detail

· Strong communication skills – versed in in-person communication at the executive level

· Problem solver, ability to think out of the box to resolve new challenges

· Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

· Proficiency in MS Office applications - advanced experience with PowerPoint and Excel

Bachelors degree preferred
