Media Coordinator

Our client, a major Healthcare company, is in need of a contract Media Coordinator with experience in TV, Radio and Print. The right candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities involved in the preparation of advertising, sales promotion and publicity in support of the marketing of company products. This includes performing a variety of clerical/administrative functions to support the timely execution of marketing plans and projects including some or all of the following: maintaining schedules for key marketing projects and tracking expenditures and budgets; maintaining stock of literature, mailing catalogs, updating and adding records to computer databases; assisting in the logistics of planning and set up for trade shows; coordinating communications with appropriate sales and marketing managers regarding the status of leads, trade shows and sales materials.

Additional Responsibilities:

Help manage overall Direct to Consumer (DTC) media budget

Review & Distribute reports

Review & enter all invoices into the budget master & PO Tracker

Request all media PO’s, including TV production PO’s

Check master telecom on a quarterly basis

Coordinate project meetings & manage the spreadsheet

Monitor media performance on a weekly basis

Send out media recommendations to local marketing managers when necessary

Coordinate all marketing requests that come through

Submit & file marketing requests that are assigned

Manage marketing binder & upload signed sheet on a monthly basis

Coordinate and manage local TV opportunities w/market planning team

Pull competitive information on a quarterly basis

File TV & Radio segment scripts

Manage OOH and Print campaigns
