Media Content Coordinator

This very popular video streaming company has a vast creator base from individuals to the biggest media companies. They create all different types of content offerings including live streams, paid subscriptions and video on demand.

In this role, you will be the operational glue between a variety of creators, and their content offerings. The role is fast-paced and will involve mastering multiple workflows to be able to troubleshoot and ensure that content is going live correctly. You will also be responsible for curating content into playlists.

Responsibilities:
-Be trained on various operational workflows and tools (web-based tools and spreadsheets)
-Ensure that content is correctly going live per the appropriate workflow; curating playlists, revising metadata, organizing content
-Familiarize yourself with top video creators
-Remove, edit and organize content into a variety of playlists
-Produce reports from time-to-time as specified by the team
-Report issues and assist cross-functional teams with resolution, upgrades and specifications related to workflow process as needed in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:
-BA/BS degree in communications, media or equivalent practical experience
-2-4 years of experience in Media Content or Content Programming Coordinator role and/or related experience
-Have strong organizational skills to keep track of all the content and workflows
-Be able to manage your time effectively
-Communicate effectively to a variety of audiences including operations, marketing,
-Quick learner
-Self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications:
-Operational business development experience
-Analytical or data driven background within operations
-Media industry and/or content programming experience
