This role is at this top tech company's new and rapidly-growing owned and operated online hardware site that showcases and sells new devices made with their technology. On a day-to-day basis, this marketing team is brainstorming innovative ideas to showcase flagship products, driving awareness and traffic, running promotions, acquiring new customers, growing relationships with existing customers, assessing opportunities analysis and research, and finding creative way to bring unique online shopping experiences to life.

The Role:

Our goal is to raise the awareness and understanding of the online store a go-to destinations for users looking to buy hardware devices online. In this unique role, in which you will develop and lead the execution of integrated awareness media strategy and campaigns to increase Store awareness. You will manage and optimize paid media campaigns and use data to inform media buying decisions and improve media performance. You will establish relationships with and manage vendors/agencies as needed, and will explore creative and high impact ways to grow awareness in consumer’s minds. You will work closely with other product and brand marketing teams to leverage their efforts for the benefit of the Store. You will also directly manage significant digital paid media budget spends and campaigns.

The ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker, problem solver and exceptional marketer with the proven ability to multi-task and experience leading and executing global campaigns in an e-Commerce channel. This is a critical and high visibility role with an opportunity for a strong candidate to make direct impact on the future of a rapidly growing product and channel.

Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize the Above the Line Digital Paid Media Awareness campaigns using Google Display Network and DoubleClick Bid Manager, including: Display ads, Video ads, Media placements, etc.
- Create and manage the awareness paid media creatives: display banners, video ads, homepage takeovers, etc.
- Track and analyze performance metrics and make recommendations on media strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years proven experience in designing and executing large scale brand and awareness marketing strategy and campaigns in e-commerce or consumer electronics industry
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing and video marketing, especially awareness focused video ads creation and campaign management, as well as brand display advertising using DoubleClick suites especially DBM.
- Strong brand creative experience, managing digital creatives that convey brand messaging.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills—must have both an interest and skill in analyzing and making meaning out of data and translating that into actionable changes
- Strong project and program management skills. Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
