Essential Functions of the Position (Major Duties and Responsibilities)
Media Buying: 60% time spent
Broadcast & Cable television airtime evaluation, negotiation and procurement including managing budgets, billing, and deadlines. Handles makegoods, posting, invoice auditing and verification; Traffic coordination and communication. Newspaper contract and schedule management; Establish and maintain relationships with media partners

Prior Smart+ or Strata experience is a must. Please state which one you prefer.

General Advertising Support:15% time spent
Maintain advertising update and newspaper schedules; Promotional calendar management; Yellow pages contract management; Post-campaign analyses for company's promotions.

Direct Marketing Support:15% time spent
Work with Marketing Manager on direct mail and email campaigns’ production planning and scheduling; Coordination functions

Advertising Reports & Budget Support:5% time spent
Prepare monthly summary budget reports and accounting audit report; Maintain advertising budget & track expenditures to ensure budget compliance

General Graphics Support: 5% time spent
Proofing assistance; Communicate with graphics coordinator regarding financing displays; General graphics administrative assistance as needed
