Media Associate

Out client is seeking a Media Associate to support the Marketing Department and assist the Senior Demand
Generation Manager in various media buying, planning, trafficking, and operational tasks. The job requires an organized and
detail-oriented individual who has the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and speed and
prioritize tasks when multiple deadlines approach. This position requires a full-time presence at the Colorado office.

Job Duties/Performance Objectives:

- Execute and facilitate media buys across multiple channels, including radio, television, print, and digital advertising
that further the goals under the direction of the Senior Demand Generation Manager

- Coordinate and traffic advertising campaigns with vendors and agencies.

- Provide logistical support in the areas of copywriting and editing, creative critique, creative trafficking, invoice
processing, reporting, archiving, and project management

- Assist in the research and planning of advertising campaigns. Engage with outreach teams and product managers when necessary

- Event and sponsorship management

- Data research and reporting

- Assist in updating of spending report based on media placed

- Vendor/agency billing and invoice management

- Investigate and resolve billing and contract discrepancies. Proactively resolve or pursue solutions to problems with
minimal supervision

- Negotiate make-good ads and deadline extensions

- Aid in the communication of advertising campaigns, advertising markets, and advertising spend to internal
stakeholders

Skills:
Must have Strong Organizational skills and past media buying experience


Experience & Education Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in advertising and/or marketing

- 3 year of prior digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

- Undergraduate degree with Advertising, Marketing, Business, or other related areas of study from a regionally
accredited university.

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Microsoft Excel skills

-Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, strongly preferred.

Salary Range: $40,000-$43,999
