Materials Manager

The general purpose of this role is to drive effective and efficient management and logistics for 
approved promotional materials. This role is expected to partner with brand marketing teams to 
determine the best strategy and execution of materials launches. This role is accountable for 
advising, instructing, directing and supporting stakeholders with support and insights to guide 
marketing tactics and management of the promotional materials supply chain. 

Key Job Responsibilities: 
1. Ensure successful New Molecular Entity (NME) launch & line extensions, PI & safety-label updates through 
providing guidance and oversight of print promotional materials management. 
2. Plan and coordinate the production and forecasting of brand marketing materials, such as 
starter kits, to reach patient or provider in a cost efficient and effective way. 
3. Train key stakeholders such as brand program managers and vendor staff on pull-through of 
best practices. Act as a subject matter expert in partnership with internal stakeholders and 
represent MM in cross-functional and other key meetings, projects, and programs. 
4. Provide proactive analytics and actionable insights to enable informed decision-making for 
brands and marketing fulfillment programs. Communicate new or updated procedures or 
changes. 
5. Develop and communicate improvement opportunities in processes, systems, capabilities 
and contribute to finding and implementing solutions to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of MM operations. Stay abreast of evolving processes, logistics, industry trends and vendor capabilities. 
6. Lead special projects and initiatives, including defining objectives, milestones, deliverables, 
resources and stakeholder management, that can bring considerable impact and value to BPG’s operations and overall results. 

Qualifications: 
- Bachelors degree, 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred 
- Demonstrated ability to review content and material, attention to detail is critical 
- Ability to communicate complex information to different audiences 
- Experience in operations, project management, marketing, logistics is a plus 
- Manages relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors to align to common standards 
- Identify small scale improvement opportunities 
- MM APICS certification preferred
