Marketo Marketing Operations

You will work with the Communications Product Marketing team on building and scaling marketing operations processes for RCS (Rich Communication Services). You will manage and drive a range of projects including thought-leadership, lead nurturing and partner enablement. You will work alongside Business Development, PR, and Product teams.

Top Daily Responsibilities:
1. Email nurturing campaign development and management
-Own content calendar, including monthly newsletters
-Drive email development and approvals
-Manage/clean/improve contact database
-Define and manage Marketo campaigns

2. Develop specialized nurturing tracks for new offerings and events (using Marketo), e.g., RCS business messaging, OEMs, etc.
-Event management (online and live)
-Content polishing
-Lead collection/management strategy
-Lead nurture/follow-up plan

3. Partner enablement
-Curate and distribute partner marketing assets
-Coordinate partner brand approvals
-Collect partner feedback/marketing asset needs
-Be the first point of support for partner marketing and brand asset needs

4. Reporting and tracking
-Create and distribute monthly dashboards tracking nurture program effectiveness
-Track partner marketing asset usage and campaign effectiveness

Required Skills:
BA/BS Degree (any field) required or equivalent experience
2-4+ years of experience in marketing (within Technology industry)
2-4+ years of project management experience
Strong communication, writing, and project management skills
Expert in developing Marketo campaigns
Familiarity with messaging apps that exist in the marketplace
Highly organized; detail-oriented
