Marketing/Events Coordinator w/ 5 yrs experience

Contract role with potential for perm with Fortune 500 Tech company!

Act as primary coordinator for the Strategic Events team handling road shows, seminars, and proprietary events. Coordinate and create all shipments for regional events.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Budget management with program owners;
- Maintain an organized inventory of signage, collateral, and other marketing materials;
- Purchase and assist in the design of custom reprints, promotional products, signage, event guides, and other giveaways;
- Handle shipping and receiving for events team;
- Train and manage temporary workers to expedite the coordination of regional event preparation;
- Create excel spreadsheets for necessary reporting and tracking of inventory;
- Order and restock supplies for department;
- Manage global fulfillment projects and distribution of hard copy collateral;
- Complete other tasks as they relate to the Marketing Events team;
- Assist with other miscellaneous event preparation and management – time permitting.

- degree in marketing, business administration or communications;

- Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel/Computer proficient;
- Salesforce.com application experience;

- Years of Experience: 5+
