Marketing/Brand Account Manager

Agency looking for a mid level candidate to manage, plan and direct all marketing and brand activities, ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget.

Job Duties:
• Manage client relationships, deliver superior client service, and understand client goals & objectives
• Develop, execute and successfully launch assigned projects, meeting client expectations and exceeding agency’s quality standards
• Build budgets and ensure profitability
• Manage all elements of projects, including key players
• Create and monitor project work schedules and calendars
• Look for new business opportunities and plan/propose ideas

Experience:
• 3-7 yrs agency experience and 1-3 yrs agency management experience
• Strong working knowledge in traditional brand management as well experience with digital/social media marketing
• Outstanding skills in writing, speaking, and building interpersonal relationships
• Ability to think strategically, synthesize marketing data and develop innovative solutions
• Must be results-driven and detail oriented
• Ability to solve problems and meet deadlines with little-to-no supervision
• Comfortable in a fast paced environment with the ability to juggle multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
• Excellent research and market analysis skills, and develop product positioning and key selling points
• In-depth understanding of risk and management and budget issues

Requirements:

• Passion or experience in Motor Sports
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or similar related filed
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)

This is a temp to hire position. Must work onsite in Irvine CA. Only local candidates will be considered.
