Marketing and Traffic Coordinator

Our client, an in-house team, is looking for a part-time Traffic and Marketing Coordinator for a 3-4 month contract. You will work as a liaison between the design department and the rest of the company. You are responsible for efficiently and effectively moving work through to completion and ensuring that all deadlines are met.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Traffic all creative projects for web, print, and product development
• Monitor inbox for all new work orders, checking that all appropriate information is included
• Input requests into the Excel based tracking system, assist in writing briefs, as needed
• Communicate timelines, challenges and solutions to internal team members
• Work with designated designers to keep status reports up to date
• Work with Creative Manager to incorporate realistic production deadlines into the schedule.
• Track changes or delays from project requestors and work this back into deadline for designers.
• Keep team informed of conflicts, delays or any other unusual situations that hold the potential to impact assigned deliverables
• Manage creative calendar and real-time status reports, summarizing daily deliverable snapshots.
• Proactively and positively approach all challenges in a timely manner, preferably identifying these challenges prior to team members being impacted
• Work directly with clients to handle invoices, and be a proactive resource for questions and issues with projects
• Preview jobs for quality-assurance prior to reviews with internal staff
• Ability to motivate team members to meet deadlines and schedules
• Performs other duties as assigned
