Marketing and Launch Coordinator

Duties: The Marketing and Launch Coordinator will help with a wide variety of tasks across the marketing team. The candidate will create and manage this Virtual Reality team's asset management system, inclusive of naming, storage and distribution of assets to partners. The candidate must have close attention to detail, be highly collaborative and able to execute on a broad variety of tasks while effectively managing his/her time and priorities. He or she will have the opportunity to work closely with a broad set of stakeholders across Marketing, Business Development, Creative as well as others as this Virtual Reality team brings its consumer VR offerings to market.

Responsibilities:
Partner closely with many cross-functional teams, including communications, channel marketing, community, business development, developer relations, web development and product management to drive asset creation for launches and ongoing campaigns.
Support the planning and execution of asset storage, including tagging and keeping assets up-to-date.
Maintain product specification sheets (product packaging, product images, keynote assets, brand assets, etc).
Communicate the value proposition and provide context to stakeholders to ensure buy-in for the creation of effective marketing materials.
Work closely with publishing and studio teams to create and manage content calendars and collect the most recent game assets.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the VR ecosystem, competitive landscape, and Virtual Realty products.
Create and socialize calendars to track tasks and deliverables across various launches.
Work closely across teams to ensure all creative supports Virtual Reality brand guidelines.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team.

Skills:
2-4 years of relevant experience.
Experience with launching hardware or software products
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments where passion for customer engagement and great experience are at the forefront of all design & development.
Understanding of gaming and gamers and a passionate advocate for innovation and the opportunities presented by disruptive technologies

Education:
BA/ BS required
