Marketing Writer

Role and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will help manage and execute on wide variety of writing assignments including:

- Building our employer brand reputation by managing the gathering and creating original copy for 30+ employer awards entries and promotion plans.
- Writing copy and gathering testimonials and photos for careers sites and Glassdoor enhanced employer profiles for 10+ countries.
- Crafting and/or enhancing marketing copy for recruiting event flows, sponsored updates on social channels and blog posts.
- Writing long form executive presentations with detailed talk tracks.

When creating copy you will be guided by the stylebook and voice and tone. You will also be responsible for working closely with PR and Corporate Marketing as well as HR business leaders to get approval and sign off on your work. If you are a creative, energetic and prolific writer that takes pride in the volume as well as the quality of your output, this role will be a good fit for you.

Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of messaging, marketing copy, brand journalism, blog and/or social media writing experience
- Expert level communication and writing skills
- Excellent project management and execution skills
- Detail and deadline oriented
- Proven ability to manage multiple content contributors and to crowd source content
- Great relationship and consensus building skills
- Experience managing and posting to social media channels
- Proficient with Google Docs and PowerPoint
- Creative direction or design skills a plus
