Marketing Vendor Contract Coordinator

Our Healthcare client is looking for a Marketing Vendor Contract Coordinator to join their team!

• Reports to Marketing Operations Manager, Budget, Planning & Procurement Mgmt
• Assist with management of vendor relationships, contracts and budgets for the IMCE organization
• Initiate purchase requisitions for procurement action
• Escalate vendor issues when appropriate and participates in resolution
• Assist with management of budgets for vendors and reviews monthly vendor invoices
• Assist manager with oversight of administrative and strategic budgets
• Assist in preparation of budget reports for management review, including canned reports from the procurement, invoicing, and accounting systems, and ad hoc reports from structured and unstructured data.
• Manage other budget-related requests as needed by department
• Partner with Manager to actively contribute to internal department initiatives, including updating and creating processes, documentation, tools, etc., and maintain documentation on the internal sites
• Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team status meetings; prepare and submit meeting minutes
• Document business processes and requirements in the agreed upon format
• Research and resolve accounts payable problems and issues with vendors and IMCE employees
• Research and resolve purchase order issues for IMCE staff
• Maintain exceptional customers service levels with internal and external partners by providing clear, timely and accurate communication.
• Assist with miscellaneous analytical and administrative tasks as needed in the department daily.
• Actively pursue marketing growth and development through experience, exposure, and education
