Marketing Traffic Coordinator

Education organization seeks Traffic Coordinator to coordinate and lead the internal scheduling, trafficking and expediting of all client projects. The Traffic Coordinator coordinates movement of all jobs through all departments, and indirectly manages the creative team in order to assign projects, manage workload, deliverables, timelines and utilization. The Traffic Coordinator will play a pivotal role, ensuring seamless communication amongst teams. 


Essential Functions: 
• Receive incoming job requests and determine if they are thoroughly complete 
• Track each job from start to completion 
• Assigns jobs to creative team 
• Assign timelines to all jobs entered into Workamajig, the project management platform used internally 
• Lead daily standup 
• Lead creative project flow & prioritization 
• Support the team on a daily basis to traffic/ expedite and execute projects from start to finish 
• Work closely with internal departments and outside vendors 
• Review and oversee project requests from account team to make sure all the necessary information is provided 
• Follow up with Designers on job progress and update project managers 

Requirements: 
Education & Experience 
• Bachelor’s degree preferred 
• 3+ years of related experience
• Agency experience desired!

Technical / Functional Skills 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required 
• Knowledge of project management tool, Workamajig, strongly preferred 
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills 
• Create production schedules based on timing and availability of staff
