PURPOSE:

The Traffic Coordinator, Marketing position is responsible for executing all POS marketing in a systematic, well documented, but flexible process to facilitate workflow between Marketing strategy, creative, visual, and production. This position coordinates internal approvals of creative deliverables for international stores, including routing copy, layouts, and proofs. Candidate should possess the ability to maintain and influence procedures to enhance the process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Open all projects in Adtrax (Traffic Workflow system) including all pricing signs + any materials related to other marketing activities (advertising, email, events, etc)
* Build timelines for all projects taking into consideration local floor set and production timing - follow up with designers on due date
* Route all copy and layouts to appropriate job owners and communicate changes once review
* Update Adtrax system each day to reflect proper status and any updates to timelines
* Troubleshoot projects in jeopardy to expedite completion through collaboration with Marketing Project Manager, Print Production and Int’l partners
* Maintain Marketing Request Form for Int’l needs
* Partner with International Print Team to create and produce non-chain or unique marketing needs
* Attend weekly status meetings
* Update jobs in Adtrax related to visual creative layer to ensure stores receive correct items
* Deliver Sign Libraries 2 weeks prior to country’s floor set date so it can be delivered to stores with other necessary visual/marketing information (Brand Guides, Int’l Grid, Rollout documents, etc)
• Attend weekly Country meetings to provide information, react to in-season marketing changes and plan for upcoming marketing activities
• Attend brand meetings to understand brand direction and represent needs of International
• Travel to market to support local marketing efforts and train as necessary



AUTHORITY:

* Create Sign Packs for Marketing.
* Update Adtrax to reflect Int’l needs.
* Traffic and enforce schedules and deadlines when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

* 1-3 years experience in "traffic/coordination" related position, previous retail, agency or marketing experience preferred
* College degree preferred
* Computer literate, PC and Macintosh
* Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Team player
* Ability to work in high stress- tight deadline environment
