Marketing Temp Coordinator

The Marketing Temps Coordinator assists the Marketing Coordinator with managing the timely distribution of all creative assets and communications of films and all product development and approvals in support of film marketing to ensure accuracy, integrity and the highest creative quality of all marketing materials shared with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities
• Assist marketing coordinator with monitoring and cataloging daily delivery of production assets and final frames from long and short form content; assemble assets into guides and film frames used for marketing, publicity, reference, product development, etc
• Assist marketing coordinator with managing the assembly and distribution of creative assets in support of film marketing to internal and external partners (global pitch kits, film reference guides, stills, reference images, etc)
• Organize and catalogue assets that have been distributed for straightforward reference
• Assist marketing coordinator with managing day-to-day asset, film frame and film reference requests from partners, creative assets from the films or access to creative talent on the productions, including garnering any necessary approvals for requests
• Assist marketing coordinator in collaborating with stakeholders to ascertain asset needs and communicate/ manage deadlines to accommodate productions and fulfill partner obligations
• Manage materials reports (regarding asset availability) for distribution
• Help facilitate filmmaker reviews and approvals for submissions of product design and development; take notes and communicate back to partners
• Assist in routing creative approvals for key partners and global licensees for all marketing collateral/product/promotions based on films
• Route reviews/approvals for use of existing animation assets by other business units and third parties
• Assist with creating marketing presentations and help building key marketing decks
• Coordinate domestic and international screenings of films
• Manage and distribute key marketing information and rollout cadence of films to partners including global pitch kits, and film reference guides, scripts, synopsis/character descriptions, and cast lists
• Track significant deadlines/deliverables of marketing collateral and drive marketing milestone calendar updates tracking key deadlines and needs for important information
• Interface with post production team in the creation and delivery of A/V assets
• Assist in making creative decisions concerning cross-LOB film assets
• Update film franchise documents that incorporate all support activity surrounding each film
• Utilize production tools in conjunction with marketing resources to organize and deliver creative assets
• Assist publicity director with organizing bios, headshots, delivering publicity assets, and execution of press events
• Assist marketing coordinator with the awards submission process
