Marketing Technology Specialist

The Assistant, Marketing Technology will be responsible for providing marketing technology support to marketing. He/She reports directly to the Sr Global Manager, Marketing Technology & Training. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
• Works with Sr Global Manager, Marketing Technology & Training to help: 
a) Identify current technology that is being used across MarComms 
b) Gain feedback about effectiveness of current platforms 
c) Carries out research on new technology within the industry 
d) Carries out competitive analysis on the platform being used 
• Understands marketing systems / platforms used across all disciplines of marketing and across LOBs and regions 
• Works with Sr Global Manager, Marketing Technology & Training and the Manager, Marketing Technology and IT to support the Marketing Technology Roadmap. Assist Marketing and Communications with technology selection and integration by documenting business requirements and expected outcomes. 
• Manages a standard vendor/solution approval process. 
• Support the team with managing Process Excellence ensuring required documentation and process flows are created and socialized. Assist to develop processes that encompass region-specific nuances and requirements, including the marketing-sales funnel. 
• Support the creation of required templates for project requests. 
• Provides logistics planning for training delivery including participant enrollment, classroom preparation and material production. 
• Provides resources, logistics support for remedial support resources 
• Manages training roadmap and identifies additional training needs, remedial support resources, etc. 
• Develop training metrics scorecard. 
• Manages PB SharePoint site and / or LMS system as required. 
• Development of training evaluation survey, monitor and tracks training related metrics. 
• Develops and/or updates training and performance support assets for future releases of Marketing Cloud. 

Required Qualifications: 
• Marketing or Technology experience, qualification 
• Tech savvy; comfort with and knowledge of marketing automation tools 
• Excellent all round communication and presentation skills 
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously 
• Ability to work with remote resources 
• Ability to learn new technology quickly 
• Highly organized, focused and committed to achieving goals
