Marketing Technologist

Looking for the right opportunity to apply your marketing and technology skills together? This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid undersatnding of marketing operations and technology to help manage some critical initial website projects on either a contract or contract-to-hire basis.

In the short term, you should have:
-7+ years of technology marketing experience
-proven track record in web design and project management, including user interface frameworks, design assets and user testing that result in best-in-class web experience
-experience managing external vendors
-experience with large scale website projects
-knowledge of CMSs (Sitecore preferred)
-experience using marketing automation (Eloqua preferred), including lead generation and management, marketing database management, CRM integration and reporting
-an understanding of HTML, CSS and other development languages and their capabilities
-expereince with the Adobe Creative Suite helpful
-experience with website measurement and analytics
-experience in the technology sector strongly preferred
-knowledge of content and content strategy as it affects overall site development and design

Should this evolve into a permanent position, on a longer term, larger scale basis you will:
-lead a team that owns and manages the design, user experience and content of all global web properties.
-be involved with lead generation and management, marketing technology, systems and tools, as well as marketing analytics.
-work cross-functionally with sales, business development, and operations – as well as with customer, partners and vendors
-play a critical role in ensuring the success of all web and marketing programs and their impacton strategy and revenue growth.
-own the web and online strategy
-understand and evolve the web architecture and design, to provide a best-in-class experience for customers
-develop the definition and execution of the long-term roadmap for all external web properties including eCommerce solution
-drive web content and brand management, including standards development, message consistency, content reviews, user experience testing
-scope, design, implement and refine web technology platforms; including CMS and marketing automation, as well as overall information architecture
-work closely with development teams and lead all web development projects with both internal and external resources
-drive localization strategy, including translation and implementation across 5+ languages
-manage the marketing intranet and extranet to provide best-in-class support to global sales and marketing teams
- Manage SEO strategy
- be involved in Lead Generation and Marketing Database Management:
-manage all aspects of marketing database and marketing automation
-manage global marketing campaign calendars
-track and analyze effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns and programs
-work closely with sales operations and sales leadership, to evolve and drive strong lead management process and tools
-work across the marketing team, oversee vendor execution for key projects (e.g. online campaigns, multimedia projects, print materials, advertisements, presentations)
-act as brand champion with customers, partners, and media
-deliver monthly and quarterly marketing reports and dashboards, including web activity, campaign and program performance, database and funnel updates, progress against KPIs
