Aquent's Fortune500 client in Framingham, MA is looking for a Marketing Supervisor. This contract duration is 6-9 months (40/hrs, 5 days a week) but they will absolutely consider a candidate for temp-perm for the right fit.

Job Summary:
The Marketing Supervisor supports development of digital communications in order to generate growth in the HomeGoods business by building brand familiarity, driving customers into HomeGoods stores and increasing the brand’s market share. The Supervisor reports into the Marketing Manager to execute digital content as part of the brand’s integrated programs. She/he works closely with cross-functional group of internal Marketers and external partners to ensure that digital content execution supports the brand’s communication strategy and aligns with the business’ objectives.

Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Leads creative execution of social content, including strategic brief writing, developing and evaluating creative, managing photoshoot/production process and delivering final approved creative to digital team.
- Gains deep understanding of merchandise and business needs through partnership with internal marketing partners and merchants in order to inform digital team and co-create content calendar
- Builds strong relationships with digital partners, applying insights (e.g. channel guidelines, engagement strategy and best practices) in order to create strong content for each channel
- Assists Manager in the execution of made-for-digital video creation, including production preparation, inputting on merchandise trends and managing shopping process/product selection
- Works with Manager and Digital partners on blogger program
- Executes creative for website refreshes and mobile banner advertising
- Monitors the digital competitive landscape, specifically focusing on content, to provide insight and implications for HomeGoods
- Collaborates with partners in media, public relations, creative, art buying and production departments in order to ensure seamless execution of projects. Drive coordination between channel teams to ensure assets are being leveraged and further enhance integrated programs. Seeks opportunities to efficiently scale content production.
- Drives all projects by prioritizing and planning to successfully meet deadlines, demonstrating initiative, anticipating and developing solutions to problems and utilizing sound and logical judgment when making decisions
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of the business and develop effective working relationships with divisions such as Buying, Planning, Store Operations, Finance, Real Estate and Store Design in order to ensure the successful execution of programs
- Owns budgets associated with given projects; maintains and reports the budgets of defined areas; suggests opportunities to control costs
