Act as an internal marketing strategy expert, developing and implementing marketing initiatives, guidelines and policies that build on long-term strategies.
Identify opportunities and provides input for global marketing initiatives and policy formulation.
Provide support for development, communication and implementation of innovative strategies that continuously challenge the marketing organization to develop brand building, consumer centric touch points.
Work closely with various internal and external marketing entities to ensure knowledge sharing (i.e., participation in global branding recommendations, development of brand communication platforms and architecture, exploration of new communication methods, etc. Identifies opportunities for process development and improvement within the marketing organization.
Work with marketing groups and partners to develop and implement guidelines, procedures and metrics. Supports implementation and facilitates compliance with new process, strategic brief process, advertising assessment system).
Leads a cross-functional team in developing a marketing positioning recommendation for all new launches.
Assess the competitive situation, identifies core target customer (mindset and demographics), and considers core competencies and role in line-up to develop positioning recommendation.
Ensure consistency of strategic thinking by spearheading the training of new marketing employees and global interns in the marketing processes and guidelines.
